I painted on a lovely, blustery, autumn afternoon at Cow Point Pasture in my town.  It is a about 10 acres of farmland along Stokes Road as you enter Medford.  There is an old barn and silo in the middle and is the place of sunrises and sunsets and the reassurance that all is right with the world.  Sometimes it is the simplest of places.
