12"x16" horizontal oil painting on linen mounted on board.  I painted this on site on Long Beach Island in the Harvey Cedars area during a Plein Air Painting Competition for the LBIF.  It was a beautiful, humid, summer morning and sailboat moored quietly next to this yellow house caught my eye.  I set my easel up at a tiny beach spot at the end of the street and painted away!
