12"x9" vertical oil painting on 1/8" gessoboard.  I painted this on site at Camp Ockanickon in Medford, NJ.  It is a huge wilderness camp with many trails and lakes.  The morning light pouring in through the trees making the greens glow and the pathway spearkle is what caught my eye.  I had the luxury of painting this with only two passerbys and the birds chitter chattering.  This was in the Medford Art Center Plein Air Exhibition in 2024.
