I painted this on a warm fall day with a group of about 6 other painters from the NJ/PA region in a three day workshop by the renowned Neal Hughes.  At the higer level building in this painting was a black bull behind a thick metal fence.  I took a break from painting to go pet the "cow" on the head and what a surprise I got it!  Let's just say I was thankful for the strong gate!
