7"x5" vertical oil painting on linen on panel.   Pink roses are dreamy and painting them burns their beauty in my memory.  I stared at every petal and color transition for over an hour.  When was the last time you stared at a single flower for that long?  There is such glowing ephemeral essence in a rose.  Not an east thing to capture!
