10"x8," vertical oil painting on 1/8" gessoboard.  I painted this at a paint out, on site at Historic Warlnford in NJ- what a beautiful place to visit!  We had a beautiful day and the dappled light on the house and the glow in the lawn is what drew me in.  The building is one of a few from the 1700's.  It was neat to imagine that family roaming the same grounds a few hundred years before.
